Navratri Celebration at Primary Section in RBK School

Navratri festival is celebrated to commemorate and invoke the blessings of Goddess Durga in her various forms. With an aim to spread joy and happiness on this festive occasion RBK - a primary school in Mira Road– had hosted a Navaratri celebration event for all the kids.

A riot of colours and the festive spirit of Navratri could be seen in the primary section kids of RBK. This school celebrated Navratri with great joy and vigor. Students and teachers came in traditional dresses. All of them celebrated the festival with music and dance. The positivity and energy exuberating out of the beautiful costumes combined with the enthusiasm of dancing to the garba and dandiya folk songs made the entire day extremely successful and fruitful.

The children’s joy knew no bounds and for some, it was definitely an experience of a lifetime. The icing on the cake for the children was when the teachers joined in the festivities and played garba with them.

Through this celebration, a strong bond was visualized between students. While tapping their toes and rejoicing the music, the students were able to connect and bond with each other with great positive energy.
